Yes. In both my individual and group coaching offerings I work exclusively with men.
Yes, I am certified through the Jay Shetty Certification School as a Certified Life and Success Coach. The Jay Shetty Certification School is accredited by the Association for Coaching and is an Approved Center for OTHM.
Life coaching and therapy serve different purposes. Life coaching is future-focused, helping individuals set and achieve personal or professional goals through increasing awareness, developing clarity, and focusing on accountability and strategic action. It is ideal for those who are mentally well seeking to enhance their level of success and live with more fulfillment and purpose.
Therapy, on the other hand, focuses on emotional healing, mental health challenges, and past experiences, using clinical techniques to address issues such as anxiety, depression, and trauma. Therapists are licensed professionals trained to diagnose and treat mental health conditions.
Life coaching and consulting both provide guidance, but they differ in their approach and purpose. Life coaching is a collaborative process focused on personal growth, mindset shifts, and goal achievement. Coaches ask powerful questions to help clients uncover their own solutions, overcome limiting beliefs, and take action toward success. The focus is on empowerment, accountability, and long-term transformation.
Consulting, on the other hand, is more directive. Consultants are experts in a specific field who analyze problems, provide solutions, and offer professional advice. Instead of guiding clients to find their own answers, consultants deliver strategies, frameworks, or direct recommendations based on their expertise. While coaching helps clients unlock their potential, consulting provides external solutions to specific business or personal challenges.
Life coaching and mentoring both support personal and professional growth, but they differ in structure and approach. Life coaching is a goal-oriented, structured process where a coach helps clients unlock their potential, overcome obstacles, and take action toward success. Coaches use powerful questioning, accountability, and mindset shifts to help clients discover their own solutions rather than giving direct advice.
Mentoring, on the other hand, is a more informal, experience-based relationship where a mentor—someone with expertise in a specific area—shares knowledge, insights, and personal experiences to guide the mentee. Mentors provide advice and direction based on their own journey, whereas life coaches empower clients to create their own path.
When seeking out a LIfe Coach, it is advisable to ensure that they are knowledgeable, experienced, and that they specialize in the areas you are seeking to improve. It’s also important to find a coach in which you feel comfortable with as trust and rapport are crucial for effective coaching. Note: This is a key underlying benefit of the Discovery Session. Its an opportunity to meet your coach prior to any formal commitment and determine if the appropriate chemistry exists.
Choosing the right coach is all about connection. While many coaches employ similar techniques to help you reach your goals, it’s the unique bond between coach and client that truly makes the difference. I bring a blend of education, certification, and life experience to our sessions. Ultimately, it’s about finding someone you resonate with. If that’s me, fantastic! If not, I trust you’ll find the right fit elsewhere. The best way to determine if we’re a match is to have a conversation. Schedule a Discovery Session and let’s connect and explore what working with each other will look like.
Each session is 60 minutes in duration.
The duration of the coaching relationship is client dependent. Although it is possible for two clients to share a similar goal, no two clients enter with the same skills, strengths, awareness, clarity, or experience. We’ll customize the frequency and duration based on your needs.
The Discovery Session is a complimentary, no-pressure call in which we’ll discuss your goals, the motivation behind them, and any perceived challenges. In addition, we will discuss your current understanding of coaching, any past experiences, as well as my personal coaching approach. You will also have the opportunity to ask any questions you may have about my services or experience. Last, should we find a viable fit between your desired outcome and my services, we will open a discussion on program and pricing. In summary, its an opportunity for each of us to get to know each other prior to discussing or committing to any program.

Once you request to be updated about upcoming cohorts you will be contacted to get some additional information related to availability. Then as potential dates and times manifest, you will be offered a seat in those that align with your submitted availability.
This simple answer is yes. However, it requires that all members of the active cohort agree to the addition of a new member.
If you’ve got questions that are more specific to your unique situation, then a Discovery Session is warranted.
If you questions are more general, or you are not quite ready to talk, send me your question(s) and I will get back with you promptly.
