A couple of simple steps every day to create the life you want
Mark Reklau
This book was recommended within the Jay Shetty LIfe Coach Certification School. It was not mandatory, more so as continued reading to help further develop the skills we were developing at the time. Initially I was attracted to the book from the title. However, as I dove into its contents I quickly realized that the book was something much different than what I was expecting.
My assumption (yes, yes… we all know what they say about those) was that this book was about developing habits. Specifically I thought it was a 30 day plan to create new habits inline with a reader's big goal. To the contrary, this book is not a 30 day plan at all. Instead, the reference to 30 days is simply a premise that it takes about that much time to form new habits.
Instead, this book is packed with insightful references, introspective questions, and impactful actions to be taken on the part of the reader.
